We have land for sale in Michigan, mostly in ten acre parcels as well as parcels ranging from the two acre, to the eighty acre in size. Clare county, Lake county, Manistee county, Mecosta county, Missaukee county and Osceola county are the areas where most of this land is located. For the most part, it is vacant land, though some of the parcels have a cabin or house.

Depending on the location, some of the land is remote wilderness, and some has very easy access, with electric, telephone, and nearby shopping. There are many beautiful building sites, many places where mobile homes are allowed, and lots of great camping sites. Some parcels offer private lake access.

This area of Michigan is, in our opinion, the most beautiful. Abundant wildlife: deer, wild turkey, rabbits and squirrel; many lakes, rivers, and trout streams. Lake county has more public lands, state forest and national forest, than probably any other county in Michigan. Some of this land touches the public land, but in all cases there are hundreds, or even thousands of acres nearby. There are many nearby public access sites for swimming and fishing.

There is no doubt that some of the most beautiful land in America is in Tennessee. Among our offerings there, is a rural parcel with a gravity-flow spring and a fifteen-foot wide stream flowing through it.
